Residential Conferences
Each venue will be pleased to quote a 24-hour rate per delegate for overnight accommodation, full breakfast, buffet or served luncheon, served dinner, morning coffee, afternoon tea, and any relevant service charge. Depending on requirements, there may be an additional charge for meeting rooms.
The 24-hour delegate rate for 2010 is likely to be in the range of £75–£120. En suite supplements are £15–£25 per delegate per night.
For Summer School Programmes, with a substantial element of cafeteria food service, a 24–-hour delegate rate of between £45–£50 is likely to apply.
Once a conference organizer’s requirements are known more precisely, including the size of the conference/event and length of stay, University departments and colleges would be pleased to provide a more precise quotation.
Non-Residential Conferences
A number of venues are available throughout the year for day conferences. Each University department or college would be pleased to quote a daily delegate rate for a meeting room, buffet or served luncheon, morning coffee, afternoon tea, and any relevant service charge.
The daily delegate rate for 2010 is likely to be in the range of £30–£75.
Once a conference organizer’s requirements are known more precisely, including the size of the conference/event and length of stay, University departments and colleges would be pleased to provide a more precise quotation.
Where applicable, VAT is in addition to the rates mentioned above.
