New College welcomes conference guests and provides a wide range of facilities for up to 300 delegates.

On the main historic site, there are 200 bedrooms, 150 of which are en suite, offering a selection of double, twin, single, and fully accessible accommodation options.

In 2024, the college also opened its newest site, Gradel Quadrangle, a self-contained facility featuring 94 en-suite bedrooms. This contemporary addition not only offers outstanding accommodation but also provides a variety of flexible meeting and event spaces, further enhancing the College’s conference and events offering.

Each morning, guests are served a choice of full English or continental breakfast in the medieval Hall, the oldest dining hall in either Oxford or Cambridge.

Founded in 1379 by William of Wykeham, Bishop of Winchester and Chancellor of England, New College is set within three and a half acres of beautiful gardens, while remaining just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Oxford. Throughout your stay, an experienced full-time Conference and Events Manager is on hand to provide dedicated support and ensure the smooth running of your event.

New College offers facilities for hybrid/virtual meetings.
