University Club

With its modern aesthetic and location in the heart of Oxford, the University Club is an ideal venue for team away-days, small meetings, and larger corporate or social gatherings and dining.

There are two enclosed rooms for hire: The Frost Room and The Studio that provide privacy, as well as our two flexible spaces, The Lounge and the Bar Café & Terrace that can be adapted to your needs. Additionally, the University Club offers on-site sports pitches, gym facilities and bedrooms, all of which can be booked in conjunction with your event to give your guests a complete experience.

Situated on Mansfield Road, the University Club is a stone’s throw from the Examination Schools and Sheldonian Theatre, (along with many other University and College venues) and makes a great informal venue which can be used as part of a larger, multi-site event. 

The University Club is part of the Oxford University Event Venues portfolio which also includes the Sheldonian Theatre, Examination Schools and St. Luke’s Chapel.  The Examination Schools and Sheldonian Theatre are a short walk away, so can be used in conjunction to create a multi-site event.

Please note if you are a member of University or College staff and would like to make a room booking during the hours of 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday, you can do so directly with the University Club Reception team. Please contact reception@club.ox.ac.uk to make your enquiry. All event enquiries for internal and external customers are handled by OUEV.
